ABOUT ME

My name is Jimmy Ngov and I am currently a Health Science major in pursuit of a career in Physical Therapy. As of now, I am in the process of receiving my Personal Training Certification from NASM. Fitness has become a big part of my life over the years. I started lifting when I was about 15 and fell in love with it, but did not perform many of the lifts correctly. A few years ago I suffered a severe lower back injury called Sciatica from deadlifting and that was when I started to do more research about proper form. Therefore, It would be the best feeling in the world to be able to teach others how to exercise with proper form and functionality that I was not knowledgable about going into working out. It would bring a smile on my face to see a client come in and leave with a satisfied change.
